职位介绍

Leading indenting company providing services to pharmaceutical industry needs to hire an experienced professional in our Customer Support Team.

  • To act as a liaison, for supporting the company’s sales team by providing essential support and ensuring to work as a team player in achieving the higher customer satisfaction through maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Must have Good knowledge of Import/Export documentation and capable of handling import/export orders from beginning to end
  • Improving the customer experience, encouraging growth, and creating engaged customers.
  • Resolves emerging problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint,
  • To process queries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • To give customer support by phone and through emails to customers and to coordinate with other departments for follow up.
  • Encourage customers to complete their orders
  • Mentor and develop team members and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
  • Other work related duties as assigned by supervisor.
