Associate Android Developer

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Android Developer to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience specifically in developing live streaming applications. This role focuses on building and optimizing high-performance Android apps centered around video streaming, media playback, and real-time content delivery. You will be instrumental in creating and maintaining applications that deliver smooth and engaging streaming experiences to users.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications with an emphasis on video streaming features. Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs such as ExoPlayer and MediaPlayer to enable robust video playback functionality. Continuously optimize app performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience. Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to implement intuitive and engaging interfaces. Ensure the implementation of strong security measures and data protection protocols to safeguard user information. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to maintain smooth app operation. Work in coordination with backend developers to efficiently integrate streaming APIs and services. Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, tools, and best practices to keep the applications modern and competitive.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. At least three years of professional experience in Android development, with a proven background in building live or on-demand video streaming applications. Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java programming languages. In-depth knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and architectural design patterns such as MVVM and MVP. Experience working with streaming technologies including ExoPlayer and WebRTC. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and cloud-based services. Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with strong attention to detail. A solid understanding of UI/UX principles and adaptive design techniques to enhance user engagement.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs140,000 to Rs160,000.
