- Planning, designing, coordination, project management, budgeting, costing & construction of Project sites,
- Tower erection & all related civil works (BTS structures, foundations, pads etc.) & installation of all equipment related with towers.
- Dealing with contractors & sub-contractors, verification of their bills, bidding process, operation & maintenance Works.
- To proceed & negotiate with authorities like TMA (for NOC’s etc.) & WAPDA.
- Review, approve and seal calculations, technical documents and drawings.
- Develop probable construction cost estimates for projects.
- Conducts construction inspections, reviews and approves contractor pay requests; reviews and processes construction change orders.
- Capable and experienced in managing and performing projects in a fast paced environment.
- Performs related duties as required.
