- To generate and enter purchase requisition of general items on ERP.
- Inward gate pass on ERP & MIR & SIN on ERP.
- To ensure timely demand of general items.
- To receive incoming material for production and other departments.
- To count all materials as per demand order.
- To segregate, stack materials, material issuance and also enter GRN on ERP.
- To prepare outward gate pass for all outgoing materials.
- To check bills of contractor (for incoming & outgoing material).
- To check weight slips of transport contractor and incoming raw materials.
- Backup of PO for received material.
- To check bill of MS Round bar treading contractor.
- To prepare monthly stock report.
