Responsibilities

Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
Analyze risks and opportunities
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employee records (attendance, personnel files) according to policy and legal requirements
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system
