Introduction:
We’re not a call centre, We are a travel company. We deal with Flights, Hotels and car rental bookings worldwide and Hajj and Umrah Packages for Pakistani and international customers.
Since Our head office is in London and Majority of our customers are U.K. base therefore it’s fix afternoon shift 2pm-12 midnight PST.
We are looking to recruit Male/Female staff for our Y Block DHA Lahore office on full time permanent basis.
Job Description:
- Take usually 5-7 incoming calls from our customers to help them with their bookings to generate sales.
- Make usually 5-7 out going calls to follow up customers
- Check and send Emails with just a click as we have pre-drafted emails in our system you just have to click to send relevant email.
- Issue E tickets / E bookings to our customers.
- CV can be E - mailed to Hassan at Atlantic Choice dot Com
Over all on daily basis you will only have to deal with 5-10 calls. As mentioned before we aren’t a call centre and there is no cold calling.
Requirements:
Excellent English speaking skills
Good typing skills
Good internet surfing skills
Good command on Computer.
Training:
Fully paid training will be provided.
Salary offered:
Rs 25k-30k Basic plus commissions
(Usually same post guys take home is Rs 50k -60k including Commissions).
