Note: it's a full-time remote work-from-home opportunity.
Must work from 8 CST to 5 CST (Monday to Friday)
Requirements:
Must have excellent English and writing
Roles:
- Respond to emails
- Handle admin tasks handed of by CEO
- Respond to Zendesk chat support as required during shift.
- Go to meetings and take notes and handle action times.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management, and/or CEO.
Plus:
- Sales experience: Able to convey value to a potential customer in an email.
- Monday.com or PM experience
Must Require:
- Can work in US timings. (06 Pm to 03 AM Pakistan Time)
- Must have 1 year of experience on Zendesk
- Can handle emails
- Multi-Tasking
- Typing speed 50/WPM.
- Can do attitude.
- Must have good skills at Social Media
- Must have excellent English and writing
