Job Responsiblities :

Business processors embedded to the application as customizations

1. Customer complaints management & receive and respond to customer emails via CRM

2. Customer 360 view (account info , transactions , MIS & demographics etc;)

3. Customer documents view by connecting to DMS Synergy via API calls

4. Issuance, activation and disablement of online banking (FCDB) tokens

5. Bulk transaction upload to Core banking application FCUBS (FT upload & GEFU upload)

6. KYC risk calculator

7. Operations workflows (Approx. 9 WF’s)

List of interfaces

1. To exchange servers to pull and push emails to and from customer service mailbox

2. To Core banking application FCUBS for bulk uploads via a ODBC connection

3. To Core banking application FCUBS via API calls to check account status and balances

4. To Local data warehouse through bunch of SSIS packages to load customer & account info to CRM DB
