Job Responsibilities:-
- Provide best practice configuration of Ms. Teams integration
- Delivery, installation and testing of SBC handle 150 concurrent call
- Integrate SBC with Microsoft Teams "Cloud" for up to 2000 users
- Allowing MS Teams users to have PSTN calling capability for both onsite and remote users
- Create the Dial plan and voice policies
- Apply possibility to use hardware IP phones and soft clients in any EP office
- PRI lines connections with scalability for additional connection to cater future user.
