Responsible for acting as a liaison between our customers and the respective client. Helps via Chat and/or Email to the customers with their questions, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other query. Escalate to the relevant teams internally and/or externally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amount of inbound emails/ chats
  • Identify and assess customers’ issues and resolve them within the SLA
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Co-ordinate and actively work with restaurants to ensure the seamless customer experience
  • Go the extra mile to assist customers
  • Punctuality: Strict adherence to the roster

Requirements

  •   Track record of over-achieving quota
  •   Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  •   Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  •   Excellent communication and presentation skills
  •   Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
