We are looking for a candidate who have experience of running call center IT system.
Who has good knowledge on predictive dialer and Avatar system.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems. Implement security measures.
Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements.
Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
Responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, routers, switches, internet and ensure users get maximum benefits from them.
Setting up of computer LAN for new outlet while providing solution to i.t matters concurrently.
