·  Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the branch objectives.

·  Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.

·     Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

·     Manage all branch staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

·  Branch Manager has hands-on approach and shall be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

·   Assess local and outstation market conditions in coordination with Sales Manager and Field manager; also identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

·         Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.

·         Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

·    Address Head of Central Branches on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs

·    Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

·       Weekly visiting the Warehouse to verifying implementation of Warehouse SOP e.g. (Product Placement, temperature, FIFO wise product movement and etc.)  and good storage practices as per prescribed by the principals.

·  Assist the Head of Central Branches in aligning sales planning, forecasting and budgeting initiatives with business objectives in addition to developing Organizational goals and objectives for further sales effectiveness.

·    In analytical role shall be responsible for sales analytics, sales tracking, sales effectiveness, and reporting of sales performance. It is duty to enhance the manner in which data is collected and reported within the sales Department.

·  Responsible for conducting market analyses in order to identify opportunities for growing the business’s sales and communicating key messages.

·     Monitor the proper collaboration of Sales Department with others Departments in order to develop innovative integrated plans and strategies for the purpose of reaching mutually agreed upon targets.

· Update Head of Central Branches regarding field performance, whole sale customer coverage and sale achievements of Salesmen and agreement to a common strategy for improvement.

Pharmaceutical experienced candidates shall be preferred
