Regional Sales Manager

Looking for Regional Sales Manager Lahore based, who shall look after Sheikhupura and Kasur territories. Sales / Marketing Pharma Companies / Pharma Distribution industry experienced candidates shall be considered.

Preparation of quarterly sales forecast of the region.
Distribution of marketing & sales targets among his team members.
Monitoring, controlling & evaluation of sales targets.
Competitor analysis & strategic development.
Working with existing and potential new sales accounts in a region to increase marketing share and penetrate the new unexplored market.
Leads and manages the Sales team to achieve assigned sales and allocated targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, contribute ideas for new product development by monitoring new/existing customer business activities.
Ensure customer retention and work closely with customers to plan and implement appropriate sales strategies.
Coordinate with and give inputs in the development of integrated communications and collaterals.
Ensure that Sales team has professional product knowledge and sales skills to book the products in the market.
Ensure excellent customer services through effective internal / external communication and timely deliveries.

5 Years - 10 Years (experience in Direct / B2B sales at managerial level. Directly / Indirectly related to Pharma industry will be preferred).
