• Preparation of quarterly sales forecast of the region.
  • Distribution of marketing & sales targets among his team members.
  • Monitoring, controlling & evaluation of sales targets.
  • Competitor analysis & strategic development.
  • Working with existing and potential new sales accounts in a region to increase marketing share and penetrate the new unexplored market.
  • Leads and manages the Sales team to achieve assigned sales and allocated targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, contribute ideas for new product development by monitoring new/existing customer business activities.
  • Ensure customer retention and work closely with customers to plan and implement appropriate sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with and give inputs in the development of integrated communications and collaterals. 
  • Ensure that Sales team has professional product knowledge and sales skills to book the products in the market.
  • Ensure excellent customer services through effective internal / external communication and timely deliveries.
