- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activities
- Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy.
Job Specification:
Education: BBA/MBA (HR)
Experience: 2-3 years years of relevant experience of Recruitment, Performance management & Total Rewards.
Skills Required:
- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
