Job Overview:

  • We are hiring an experienced Customer Care Officer (Female) to help us to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem & explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Place or cancel bookings
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions
  • Handle changes in policies or renewals.

Requirements:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Good communication (written and verbal).
  • Education & Experience: Graduation & Minimum 2-year experience
