职位介绍

Based within the Banking Sector, a Relationship Manager's role involves closely working with existing and future customers of Bank Al Habib. Their main role is to explain and guide them in making the right decision with their finances.  Also:

1.       Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

2.       Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships

3.       Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

4.       Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts

5.       Approach potential customers to establish relationships

6.       Gain solid knowledge of competitors
