• Responsible for the arrangement of financial, administrative and logistic requirements of project office.
  • Execute the overall financial, administrative and logistic activities of the project.
  • Ensure timely mobilization of resources required for effective execution of activities.
  • Ensure proper management, maintenance and administration of project office.
  • Timely coordination with the suppliers, contractors, designated field staff and Head office.
  • Timely disbursement and reconciliation of funds on monthly basis.
  • Maintaining and recording of day to day accounting entries along with supporting invoices/bills.
  • Processing of cheque payments to head office in timely manner.
  • Arrangement and record keeping of office equipment, supplies and stationary.
  • Preparation of financial statements.
  • Ensure attendance of all staff members on regular basis.
  • Responsible for arrangement of trainings or other events.
  • Setting and implementing of proper archiving system.
