Requirements

·          Previous experience in a customer support role

·          Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening

·          Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

·          Good exposure to IT field will be a plus

·          Ticketing experience related to Marketing / Application Development

·          Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

·          Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

·          Must be aware of how to approach new potential customers

·          Efficient enough to manage heavy calls flow
