- Describe features of technical service/products to satisfy the customer.
- Ability to manage ticketing system properly as per SLA and sound Excel skills.
- Create/Update tickets and in a proper manner.
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server and generate simple queries
- Liaison with other departments for timely delivery of products.
- Call / Email customers for queries/verification
- Excellent communication and verbal skills in English.
