A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
2-3 years experience in SEO and digital marketing, agency experience a plus
Certifications and/or highly proficient in Google Analytics and Google AdWords
Experience with implementing, tracking and optimizing keyword performance across multiple sites
Ability to develop effective and relevant keywords / content for our users
Experience with direct client relationship responsibilities including regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management
A deep understanding of users, their online motivations and which SEO strategies will drive best
results
A high comprehension for keyword placement and analytical skills
The ability to work effectively with team members from diverse communities and cultures
Great research, organizational and learning skills with immaculate attention to detail
Collaborate with Director of Marketing to understand and develop SEO goals
Work with the Marketing Manager, Content Strategist and Paid Media Manager to develop
content that will best optimize campaign performance
Perform keyword research and competitive analysis that will increase our competitive position
online
On-going SEO, Paid Media and Social Media content / keyword recommendations
On-going analysis of meta-data, competitor content and site performance
On-going development of URL structure, internal linking architecture and link quality
On-going development of page construction, site-speed, page-speed and site error
Categorize, structure, track and measure data to ensure ROI and KPIs are met
Assist with the production of sales/marketing presentations and specialty projects
SEO / Organic
PPC (Google/Bing)
Social Media Marketing (Facebook / Instagram, Twitter)
Content Marketing (Blogs, Articles, YouTube)
Email Marketing
