HR Executive

We are currently seeking a young and energetic Human Resource professional (Female) for an Executive HR & Talent Acquisition position. The potential candidate will be required to support our growing needs for administration and management of our human resource & recruitment functions working closely with the senior management, supporting the overall mission of the organization.

Basic Salary: 20,000 (After 3 months of probation 23,000)

Increments: Every Six Months (performance based)

Bonus: Commitment Bonus of 7500 after six months and Annual Bonus every year (as per performance appraisal scores)

Job Details

Job Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00pm Monday- Wednesday-Thursday-Friday, Tuesday 12:00 to 9:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:30 pm (Sunday Closed)

Age: 22 - 26 Years

Note: Must be fresh or have 1-2 year experience in HR & recruitment field; preference will be given to applicants with prior international BPO/IT/call center industry experience.
