Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic rockstar who feels passionately about creating the best value proposition for Bazaar and its partners.
As a Commercials Associate, you will be responsible to ensure that our day to day category operations are running!

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end cataloguing and inventory planning with a focus on preventing stock outs
Manage a team of purchasers to ensure sourcing at the most competitive prices and improve supply availability
Work closely with Finance for timely execution of purchase orders and Operations to maintain visibility and reconcile inventory at hand
Support category managers in operationalizing launches and trade plans
Work closely with category managers to achieve monthly and quarterly category OKRs
Build a principal focused approach to derive value from partner brands
