CSR Tasks:
- Handling inbound calls
- Resolving issues related to work
CSR Requirements:
- Strong command over Spoken-English and Listening.
- Must possess multitasking skills.
- Must be willing to work unsociable hours/shifts if required.
- Punctuality, discipline, and integrity.
Preference will be given to candidates having
- Customer service experience in UK-based call centers.
Contract length: 12 months
