· Assist and supervise junior accounting support staff
· Oversee daily operations of outsourced accounts sub-department
· Review all reports prepare by junior staff
· Manage month-end and year-end closing
· Monitor the daily performance of the outsourced account sub-department
· Ensuring accounting policies and procedures, aligned with tax laws and internally agreed level of performance
· Ensure all task assigned to outsourced accounting staff are completed with accuracy and within timeline
· Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of outsourced accounting process
· Oversee posting, verify, calculate and review duties performed by junior staf
