Now we are looking forward to a customer support executive for the evening shift who would be responsible,

Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
Handle inclaimsim injury with all information & details,
Prepare the case from stretch to end & submit it to the supervisor.
Investigating and resolving customer complaints and then closing support tickets.
Maintaining a database of customer information
Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
Checking product or service availability
Assisting customers with registration or account creation
Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organization’s offerings
