e are recruiting Inbound Sales Executives for our sales partnership projects with US Telecom companies, “Charter Spectrum Telecom, HughesNet Telecom and Comcast Telecom.
Your Responsibility will be to receive inbound calls and make outbound call to opt-in prospects to switch then on one of our telecom partners for High speed Internet services, satellite internet services, home phone services and television services.
An Inbound Sales Executive play core role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth.
S/he is comfortable receiving a healthy inbound number of calls and also make outbound calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, closing sales and ensuring sales conversation benchmark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from customers and make outbound calls to opt-in customers.
- Deliver appropriate response to the customer queries
- Handle customer needs and requirements
- Ensure monthly sales conversation benchmark
- Grab the opportunity for upselling Skills Required:
- Intermediate/ A-Level
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to do upselling
