Bellwether is looking for a smart candidate who is able to work under top management as 2nd tier to lead and supervise the whole team working in different functions for smooth, quick and quality execution of assignments and overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Delegate assignments to teams of different departments.
  •  Keep continuous coordination and supervision for flawless execution of assignments.
  •  Setting deadlines and monitor performance of teams for timely completion of assignments.
  •  Quality Check / Control- Review working papers and reports of all assignments for accurate and error free processing of deliverables to clients.
  •  Ensure maintenance of documentation and record of assignments.
  •  Follow up with clients for feedback regarding timely service delivery and quality.
  •  Resolving inquiries initiated by clients.
  •  Responsible to keep Accounts Office informed about the billing schedule
  •  Supervise recovery officer for timely clearance of invoices.
  •  Ensure team discipline and office decorum.
  •  Report and escalate to management as needed.
  •  Other day to day tasks assigned by the management.
