Backend Developer

Qualitics USA is a business located out of Washington DC metro area. It is focused on changing and disrupting how work is done in the field of Quality Assurance, Software Development and Testing. We develop products for clients across the globe. We are a dynamic group helping clients prepare for the future of a shared work force through our products and services. Quaitics, USA, is bringing its operations in Pakistan with the local partner Benlogix, Pakistan for the new and upcoming projects in product development. We are looking for young, energetic and talented individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
Work with project manager or product owner to meet specification needs
Recommend software upgrades to optimize operational efficiency
Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize code
Create flowcharts and user guides for new and existing programs
Document all programming tasks and procedures
Perform routine software maintenance
Write unit and automated tests for software applications
Work in Agile methodology to deliver top quality enterprise level software

Qualifications and Skills Set:

Previous experience in software development, computer engineering, or other related fields
Knowledge of Python a must, Must be proficient in Django or Flask framework
Knowledge of other programming languages a plus e.g. JavaScript and Java etc.
Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server etc.
Familiarity with noSQL databases such as Mongo, PyMongo, GraphQL etc.
Knowledge of security protocols e.g. Local, Oauth, OpenID etc.
Knowledge of basic deployment processes and procedures
Knowledge of AWS a plus
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
