Ensure all the service and repair of vehicles is complied to company standard operationsprocedures to gain customer (I/E) satisfaction
Initiative plans and action to develop customer base and growth of the business
Ensure the compliance of Safety, Health & Environment (S.H.E) standards and procedures
Ensure the workshop loading is done effectively
Ensure optimum level of productivity from the team.
Make sure all equipment is kept in a safe working order
Ensure that workshop objectives and targets are achieved through monitoring of Key Performance Indicators [KPI’s].
Carrying out other occasional duties related to the scope of the job as requested.
