• Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
  • Addressing and escalating customer complaints
  • Providing information about facilities, programs and other services
  • A Guest Relations Officer must be able to listen to the complaints that may arise from the guests. s/he should stay calm and composed all the time and respond in a positive manner to the guest whose standards are not met.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate activities for guestsRespond to guests requests for service and assistance as needed
