PKR. 60,000 - 70,000/Month
- Generating client leads to buy a property·
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching
- Showing properties to potential buyers.
- Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements.
- Documents for each real estate transaction.
- Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships·
- Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting·
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Making Presentation on PowerPoint & Basic knowledge of excel·
- Excellent Communication, writing & Presentation Skills·
- Fluency in English· Work under pressure and target/result oriented. And must have DHA overall houses and plots sale experience.
- Salary Package: Market competitive
- Salary + Commission will be offered to the right candidates.
