• Attend morning meeting and plan whole day as per day plan.
  • Discuss the issues of dealers,orders,complaints etc. as per daily visit report and get advice from senior before going to the market visit.
  • Respnsible for shop to shop booking and get orders of all product ranges and esure the sales target compliance.
  • While visiting the shop first introduce yourself properly.
  • Check the stock available at the shelves and take stock selfi from mobile and send it to Whatsapp group.
  • Ensure the product dispalay at EYE level in each shop.
  • Organize the stock at the shelves.
  • Check expiry of all displayed products on shelf and report such products to senior for removal.
  • Take further orders from the dealer and inform him about the supply date and time.
  • Fill the display visit report(DVR) and update it right after visiting the shop.
  • In case of complaint(s), listen carefully, note down the complaint(s) and inform the dealer/shopkeeper about the time during which the complaint(s) will be resolved
  • On  returning back to the office,complete the daily visit report and discuss it with the senior.
  • Complete the order form on daily basis,get it checked and approved from senior and forward it to sales coordinator for further process.
  • Prepare the complaint form on a standardized format.

  • Prepare the Sale summary report on daily basis.
  • Responsible for settling of outstanding bills of problematic customers.
  • Check and Observe competotor’s products shelf size,activity and schemes.
  • Place the POS material properly in each shop.
  • Check retail price and the leakage of displayed products.
  • Find new shops in assigned areas and update the shop list.
  • Prepare the new dealer form and get it checked and approved from seniors.
  • Provide the proce list to new customers/shopkeepers.
  • Get product knowledge of all products.
  • Responsible for prpoper follow-ups of complaints,orders,order supply etc.
  • Prepare a file of order forms and sale summary report and update it on daily basis.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by senior.
  • Prepare the TA/DA sheet according to tour schedule/plan.
