Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
Attend meetings to record minutes.
Regular follow-ups of decisions and update top management from time to time.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic & international) including Visa Application, Air Line Reservation, Hotel arrangement etc.
Carry out special projects as per requirement .
