  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
  • Attend meetings to record minutes.
  • Regular follow-ups of decisions and update top management from time to time.
  • Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic & international) including Visa Application, Air Line Reservation, Hotel arrangement etc.
