Identification of New Potential Markets
Identification of communication channels.
Introduction of Organization products and scope after identification of communication channels.
Analyzing the queries generated by customers.
Responding the queries in positive and affective manner.
Planning and executing the contracts with mutual understanding of customer & management.
Providing effective service for clients on local & global basis.
Complete knowledge about International marketing and INCO terms.
Managing the records of new customers.
Coordination with all departments.
Responsible for effective closure of all orders with proper sign off.
To look after and handle the logistical operations of international Business Unit.
Planning export Shipments from order imitation to execution includes vessel planning, vehicle placement, co-ordination with shipping agent etc.
Preparing all Export Documentation.
Follow up of Banks for opening and closing of L/C.
Verify & process bills of freight forwarders & shipping lines
Ensure timely dispatching of documents to clients & banks
Provide all export documents to excise department for tax exemption proceedings.
Prepare and Ensure accurate and timely dispatch to customers.
Plan and execute all activities to participate in exhibitions local & International.
Monitor the cash flow of international marketing.
Intimate Management regarding Cargo builty and expenses.
Develop business proposals / approvals for new clients.
Perform various duties as per timely requirements.
