Take initiative to improve learning culture of the organization.
Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and communication with the HODs and managers.
Develop in house training programs to fulfill employee’s needs to maintain or improve job skills.
Create and acquire training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
Present training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
Assess training materials prepared by instructors.
Ensure Yearly people development tasks are carried out in efficiency and ensure consumption of people development budgets each year.
Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in people development.
Develop and maintain organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.

Experience:

5-7 years of relative experience of managing trainings in organization.
Strong liaison with Training houses in Pakistan.
Experience of managing Training Assessment sessions within the organization.
Experience of focal group setups and competency gap analysis.
