Answering customer inquiries, entering and successfully processing orders.
Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution.
Helps in expediting orders as required.
The resource must be fluent in English language.
The resource should have confident personality.
Should have ability to meet his monthly sales target.
Working effectively in a team environment to meet goals and objectives.
Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
Capture clients’ comments and feedback regarding market trends and pricing.
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
Should have experience of US, UK, Australia campaigns.
Outbound and inbound call center experience would be added value.
Sales, customer support and follow up through telephone, chat email along with interdependent coordination.
