A highly progressive group requires young and energetic individuals for its inbound call center operations as CSR (male) in Lahore, (Night shift) for its business (not campaign). The right candidate will be given handsome salary + sales commission.
Job Description:
- Provide assistance and customer support to our on-line clients through phone and live chat support.
- Coordinating with concerned departments/employees through the transaction/sales process.
- Ensuring accuracy while receiving information/instructions from clients, documenting that information, passing-on the requirements to the operations and production departments and finally ensuring customer satisfaction.
