Respond to customer professionally to provide accurate information about product and services.
Keep records of customer interactions, complaints, and details of inquiries.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special request to designated departments.
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
