Installing and configuring computer hardware, software,systems and networks.
Ensure all IT Related equipments is UP and running.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Day to day hardware and software troubleshooting, including any necessary hardware servicing as and when required.
Email/Outlook Configuration and Backup.
Installation,Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of end user workstation.
Ensuring individual user’s data is kept secure and confidential.
Providing technical support across the company.
Assisting network administrator preventing the computer systems from getting infected with any kind of interference.
Setting up accounts for new users.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Testing new technology.
Possibly training junior staff members.
Audit systems and asssess their outcomes.
Creation and maintenance of IT-related documentation for all the systems.
Monitoring and Alerting , creating and improving IT processes to more efficiently provide enhanced but consistent services to the business.
Periodic updates of windows and network security updates, antivirus updates etc.
Ensuring a safe and secure working environment taking the necessary measures to keep the networks/workstations free from viruses.
Zkt time and attendance machine configuration.
