Manage day-to-day operations of civil works.
Manage and train labor for efficiently completion of work.
Inspect site regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
Assign maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
Oversee all repairs and ensure work is done within the timeline.
Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
Create safe and secure workplace and inspect.
Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.
Evaluate and update systems and facilities to determine maintenance or repairs where needed.
Prepare and Assess building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
Manage all plumbing works and paint works at site and ensure proper maintenance.
