- Provide timely support to project sites with regard to material movement and availability.
- Must have strong active vendor list for smooth purchasing operations.
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
- Verification of sub-contractor invoices
- Responsible for on-time provision of materials at project sites.
- Interaction with store/finance or concern department for reconciliation of purchase order and delivery documents.
- Must be software(SAP/ERP) proficient.
- Will be responsible to devise systems.
Note:
- Applicant applying for this post must be from same (Housing) industry and possess hands-on expertise in relevant capacity.
- Incumbent will be responsible to supervise procurement operations at Blue World City Site, Chakri Interchange.
