UI / UX Developer

We are a diversified building technologies group who have developed a building integration and energy management that is enjoying both domestic and international growth. Our team of experts are involved in developing and integrating the various software applications to provide customised solutions.

The role:

We currently have an opportunity for a smart, enthusiastic and highly independent developer to join our existing team in Lahore. You will be working in a dynamic, challenging and fast paced environment and will be supporting and developing a system currently deployed locally and internationally. You will get exposure to the full development life-cycle and provide support to our team of engineers where required. Primarily, you would be responsible for designing mockups for applications under development and also be leading the implementation of the said mockups in real-time. You shall work in collaboration with a team working on diverse web technologies and are therefore expected to be very competent and eager to learn.

About you:

You will have a background or a true passion for software/computer science preferably with a degree or similar in a relevant field. While the role is primarily web based development, the successful applicant will also require a diverse range of skills, knowledge and problem solving ability due to the nature of our work.

As a minimum, you should:

Have sound knowledge of HTML/Javascript/CSS/AJAX
Experience with frameworks like Angular, Vue, React is a plus
Java experience (equivalent .NET experience will be considered)
Have a thorough understanding of user interface design
Have the capacity to recreate and reimagine ideas, if needed
Be highly organised and logical
Have thorough understanding of using style sheets and modern tools like SCSS
Be able to assess needs and design goals of products
Have the ability to come out with contemporary, creative ideas for design and implementation of that design
Be a pragmatic thinker who truly seeks to find solutions beyond the norm.
Have a high level of passion and dedication
