Assist in network implementation.
Configuring and managing Cisco network switches
Provide network support with a variety of operating systems.
Install and configure computer network.
Maintain network connectivity of all computer workstations.
Maintain workstation hardware, applications, services, and settings.
Create technical support documentation for systems and applications.
Maintain existing voip networks and computer systems users side.
Troubleshooting applications network issues.
Analyzing and upgrading network systems and protocols.
Maintain network LAN WAN and users.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar field.
Minimum 06 months to 01 year of experience in similar field.
Knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols.
Knowledge of hardware systems including servers, memory modules, processors, and peripherals.
Knowledge of network security systems and software.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
