The main objective of this role is to ensure distribution of pick-up & delivery of consignments to and from clients runs smoothly and within set timeframes.
Main Responsibilities
• Responsible for the shift assigned to AM/PM to ensure consignments are picked up/ delivered within the service centre boundaries and as per cut offs.
• Accountable to control costs within budgetary constraints and have a thorough understanding of the shipment process flow and to manage all shipment processing operations within the facility efficiently.
• Motivate, train, coach and support new and existing employees
• Ensure employees are developed to their maximum individual and collective skill to achieve optimum levels of service to customers.
• Plan staff rosters, schedules, leave in conjunction with Supervisor
REQUIREMENT:
