Education: Minimum Graduation

Experience: 3-5 years costing and cost control experience in footwear industry

To utilize the required knowledge by providing technical expertise and enable product profitability and plan to manage inflation cost from logistics, materials, to factory making cost.
To support the all concerned department to ensure the proper contracts, standards, analysis, and processes are in place to cost all projects at corporate margin requirements.
Responsible for managing costing process within critical path dates.
Develop, manage, and execute objectives and key results critical to the business success within costing domain.
Collaborate with Sourcing, Planning, quality and Production Teams to create cost saving strategies.
Support development and/or enhancement of systems and process to ensure costing requirements are met and to improve costing performance
Strategically develops and implements new processes to streamline the product costing cycle.
To monitor the day-to-day cost impact during execution of plan and ensure concerns and challenges around product costing are raised to the Product Team in coordination meetings.
To coach all concerned stakeholder departments to proactively manage and problem solve cost issues.
