Operations:

To formulate strategies and business plans and to lead teams for high performance and innovation.
To look-after all operations of the factory and oversee daily process of every department of the organization.
To ensure that Company’s staff remains motivated to discharge their responsibilities effectively and efficiently, and in compliance with best practices.
To ensure prudent management of resources for the achievement of the Company’s strategic objectives in line with its business plan.
Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization
To promote a culture of compliance with regulations, statutory requirements, good corporate governance principles and best practices in the Company.
Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the organization
Ensure that the operation of the organization meets the expectations of the management.
