We are a digital design agency and looking for a project/workflow manager to help us with our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibility will be as follows:

Guiding inbound leads to appropriate services by answering their questions and maturing them to sales.
Delegating projects to team leads
General QA of deliverables
Following up with clients, answering their questions, and sharing deliverables.

Skills and Experience Required:

Excellent communication skills
Understanding of professional design software like Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is an added bonus, though, not required
Bachelors from any reputable university
Experience working as a customer support agent (optional)
