We are looking for a professional who will primarily focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management. He will be responsible for bringing in new clients/business for the Company through various sales techniques.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Market research to identify potential target customers
- Identifying and securing business opportunities
- Generating business leads along with sales opportunity follow-ups
- Developing and working on targeted sales strategies and KPIs
- Working closely with other team members to develop new business
- Arranging meetings with clients to carry out effective and impressive product demonstrations
- Following up on sales inquiries and responding swiftly along with sending out information.
- Responding to clients' request for proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborating to secure, retain and grow accounts
- Creating and maintaining a database of clients
- Collaborating with management regarding set sales goals, forecasting, and business development planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
- BBA, MBA (Nice to have)
- 1-3 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve the set goals
- Well organized. Excellent analytical and time management skills
- An effective team player and an independent achiever
- Strong computer skills (included but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and CRM)
